Sales tax and shipping fees are not included and will earn you no entries into this sweepstake.

There will be one prize consisting of a Bronze Portrait Collection, retail value $390. You may upgrade to a larger collection by paying the difference.

Entry deadline is midnight EST Wednesday, January 3, 2017. One winner will be chosen at random and notified by Friday, January 5, 2017 by means of the contact information used when placing the order. If we are unable to contact you by January 10, 2017, you forfeit your winnings.

While Exclusive Image is based in Indiana (until June 2019), photo shoot availability will be limited. We make regular trips to Connecticut in May, July, September, December, and sometimes more. If you require a specific date outside of these regular visits, it may incur an additional fee.

Prize must be accepted as awarded. The Prize may not be sold, transferred and is not convertible to cash. Exclusive Image reserves the right to substitute the Prize in whole or in part in the event that all or any component of the Prize is unavailable. Prize winner is solely responsible for all costs not expressly described herein.
