We don’t often get the opportunity to create product photography, but when we do we absolutely love it! Something about pulling all the pieces together to create a cozy little scene is magical. We aim for a variety of textures to fill in the area around the products. And since product images need to be used on such a wide variety of platforms, we create images for every situation—banner images, social media images, online shop images. We also offer the option to include a few new headshots because it’s SO important for your customers to see who you are!

The owner of Blessed Creek is such a lovely lady who cares deeply about her products and about helping her clients find healthy solutions to their problems. Her products smell absolutely amazing! While updating her website, she realized she needed fresh, professional images to help better sell her products. I had the privilege of trying a few out as a thank you! We’ve been photographing Melissa and her family for almost a decade! So when she needed senior portraits, she gave us a call. She was looking for a unique location where all her classmates wouldn’t go. We sent her a link to our locations gallery to help her choose one and she fell in love with Wadsworth Falls View!

When three of your children all graduate in the same year, you have to capture it in portraits! These siblings all graduated together—one from college, one from high school and one from the eighth grade! What a happy and proud mama we had by our side as we photographed her accomplished children.

There’s no denying that Harkness Memorial Park in Waterford, CT has been a very popular location choice of our clients. (We’re currently looking into overnight rentals at Eolia mansion. haha) The park has so much to offer all in one gloriously large estate! Open grassy fields, a gorgeous mansion, classic portico, manicured gardens, and even beach! What a beautiful day we had to photograph Mary for her 15th birthday! She was an absolute natural and a perfect ballerina doll. Setting up under the portico next to the gorgeous mansion at Harkness Memorial Park in Waterford, CT was a great way to frame this classical ballerina and show off her beautiful sport. We completed the session by the ocean…IN the ocean! You’ll never hear me complain about a photoshoot on the beach. <3

Model Call – Tweens

Babies are so cute, new and chubby. Toddlers have those big, bright eyes and lets face it, they just do the darnedest things. But those tween ages are often forgotten. At ages 10 through 12, kids aren’t children anymore but aren’t quite teens.

We’re making it our mission to capture those lost preteen years. The goal is to help tweens look and feel beautiful and have unshakable confidence in themselves when they hit junior high.

Introducing The Who I Am Project

We are starting the “Who I am” photography project to fill in the forgotten photo years while enriching the lives of pre-teens. The main goal is to make pre-teens look and feel beautiful and be confident in who they are.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for male and female models for our photography project, ages 10-12. We will ask the model and their parents a few questions, then combine the text and photographs to create one piece of art with great impact, which we’ll use to kick-start the project.

Why “Who I am”?

We want to capture the personality of tweens and record the last stage of their childhood before they become young ladies and young men. We want them to realize their true strengths so that they are confident in themselves before they hit Junior High. Imagine the impact a single amazing image can do for your tween’s self-image.

How To Participate or Nominate A Friend:

Please e-mail us by Tuesday, May 14th if you are interested in having your child participate in this project, or if you would like to nominate a friend or family member of yours that you think would be perfect for this. Please nominate people you think would enjoy the boutique, fashion experience we provide.

The session itself is complimentary and includes a $75 credit (a total $175 value) to use toward prints, digital files, and tween books, which include all your wonderful quotes.

Our goal is to create a gorgeous group of photos you’ll love and that truly show your tween’s spirit and soul! Many people like to use these photos as birthday, Mother’s Day, and “just because” gifts for their child. See more details about our portrait collections here.
